Shipping Policy

We want your BrightMind order to reach you quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping rates, processing times, delivery windows, and tracking. This policy is effective July 2026.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on all US orders of $50 or more.
• Flat $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $50.
• Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal after any discounts.

Order processing

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Seattle, Washington. We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited 2-day delivery: available as a paid option at checkout for faster arrival.

Delivery estimates begin once your order leaves our facility, not from the time the order is placed. Actual transit time may vary by destination.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within two business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@brightmindcare.site.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO military addresses. At this time we are unable to ship to international destinations, US territories outside the 50 states, or freight-forwarding services. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Delays

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, peak holiday volume, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all cause delays beyond our control. If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, reach out and we will help you resolve it.
