Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product we make. If your BrightMind supplements are not the right fit for you, we make returns simple and refunds fair. This policy is effective July 2026.

60-day money-back guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. We accept returns even on bottles that have been opened and tried, because we want you to experience the products risk-free. If you are not happy with your results, you are entitled to your money back within this window.

How to start a return

• Email support@brightmindcare.site with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Our team will reply with return instructions and a return authorization within 1–2 business days.
• Please wait for authorization before shipping anything back so we can process your refund correctly.

Refunds

Once your return is authorized (and, where applicable, received), we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For standard change-of-mind returns under the guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot process refunds for packages that are lost in return transit. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@brightmindcare.site with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping, and cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.

Subscription cancellations

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date with no penalty. Manage your subscription from your account or email us and we will take care of it. Cancelling stops future shipments and charges; it does not automatically refund orders that have already shipped, which remain covered by the 60-day guarantee above.
